As a city with 140 cultures that speak over 180 languages, Los Angeles should leverage the spirit of the Olympics to drive change in the current recruiting culture.

By taking inspiration from the diversity celebrated during the Olympics, we can foster an inclusive tech industry that reflects the multicultural fabric of our city. Embracing the Olympic values of excellence, respect, and friendship, we can create a recruiting culture that appreciates and embraces the unique perspectives, talents, and experiences of individuals from all backgrounds.
